Homelessness in Brookdale Park get developed by Tia Aery, executive director of the Family Promise Essex (FPE), and students Susannah Keys, 17, and Lila Rosenman, 18, at a meeting Friday, May 4, in the Montclair FPE office in Central Presbyterian Church.
