Thank you so much to everyone who participated in the 2018 Partners for Health Foundation (PFH) matching grant for FPE. With your help, we were able to reach our goal of $20,000! Your support helps FPE provide shelter, housing and youth empowerment programs to homeless families in Essex County so they can stabilize their lives.
